INSTANTLY REDUCES BELLY FAT

"I've worked with hundreds and hundreds of guys to create a plan to
remove stubborn fat from their guts.

Yeah, I know, I know, you used to be able to eat whatever you want,
but now you're a little older that belly seems to be adding flab by
the day.

Lately I've been getting questions from a lot of men about my
weight loss program wondering whether the program will
truly get rid of their gut.

So I've put together a little Q and A to make sure we're on the
same page ;-)"

3 QUICK WEIGHT LOSS MINDSET TIPS

"Don't start a diet plan without mentally preparing first. To lose weight fast and achieve that quick weight loss you need to be in the right frame of mind. You could be doomed if you enter into a diet plan without first mentally preparing for it.

Quick weight loss is possible. Everyone knows that. But the challenge is keeping the pounds and inches off. And that takes the right mental attitude and social support. I've worked with hundreds of people who want to lose weight fast, but the most successful ones - the ones who keep the weight off - are the ones who have the correct disposition before starting.

I recommend the following three mindset tips for permanent weight loss:

Surround yourself with the right people."

I WILL NEVER LOSE ANY WEIGHT

It is human nature to focus on the negatives, the things that stress you out or things that worry you.

These types of thoughts are very powerful and can dictate your future.

For example, if you are constantly saying 'I can't lose weight, I will never lose any weight' then the first time that your weight loss gets difficult you will give up and say it didn't work.

Your mind is very powerful and I will admit that I have fallen into these mind games with myself and it brings down my energy, it is all I think about, I don't want to do anything else except think of this negative thought. It actually happened to me on Sunday when I got back from vacation. Thankfully I just listened to these tapes while on vacation so I quickly snapped out of it.

I recognized what I was doing and said to myself 'What are you doing? These are the exact thoughts that will put me in a horrible mood'. So I immediately started thinking of good things. I took my daughter outside and we went for a walk and I just watched her be happy, pick rocks, laugh, etc. I knew my day would be ruined if I let that one negative thought dominate my day."
